 Hwy Nine Grillhouse was founded in September of 2023. Chef Joe and Rando is the mastermind behind Hwy Nine Grillhouse. Chef Joe has been responsible for numerous successful restaurant concepts over the past thirty  years. Chef Rando and Joey are always striving to evolve and improve. Hwy Nine Grillhouse is the result of that dedication to improvement.
